The question, "Who am I?" has become one of my favorite meditative practices, and I highly recommend it, but for now I'll stick to the basics.
I’m a retired IT professional who has found joy and peace by looking internally rather than externally for the answers I needed.
After years in a fast-paced, achievement-driven career, I found myself looking for something more—more meaning, more clarity, and a deeper sense of connection to who I truly am. My journey has been profoundly rewarding.
Now, I’d like to share this gift with others.
